Aubree Vance Tovrea

Aubree is a Psychotherapist with over ten years of experience working with adults struggling with mental health and substance use disorders in a variety of settings including public and private mental health programs. She has a dual role at Siyan Clinical as a psychotherapist and Project Director for a suicide prevention program, Project Lifeline. As Project Director, Aubree oversees the daily operations and ensures delivery of evidence-based interventions with staff members to reduce the impact of COVID-19 on mental health symptoms with clients. As a psychotherapist, Aubree works with individuals who are suffering from anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addiction, and post-traumatic stress disorder by providing a safe and compassionate environment for those looking for recovery.

Aubree utilizes a client-centered approach focusing on the individual’s unique needs and strengths with an emphasis on the psychobiological experience. Aubree is trained in different modalities to help individuals reach their goals, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

Aubree received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC) and is currently working toward certification in the Neuro Affective Relational Trauma (NARM) model to treat complex PTSD.
